Consultation has concluded

Thorpe Green Fields playground has been allocated some funding from Parks and Countryside’s Public Health budget. Waterthorpe Tenants and Residents Association (TARA) are also making a contribution to the project. We are keen to hear from all park users about how the park could better serve local people and benefit their mental and physical health. Currently the playground caters well for older children, but local people have told us there are a lack of play options for younger children so one option is to spend the monies on additional equipment aimed at toddlers and pre schoolers.
