Housing Online Focus Group

In the next months we will be launching a new computer system in Housing which brings together some of our older systems. As part of the new system, a new online service for customers will be launched which will replace the Property Shop website and will also allow customers to check their rent accounts.

We'd like your help in making sure that the information we give to customers about this change is as clear and useful as possible.
