Following a review of the networks late last year, we (the Strategic Equality and Inclusion Board (SEIB), recognise the importance that SCC places on supporting all staff networks to flourish and to reflect the findings of the Race Equality Commission. In doing so we realise that the networks need more than a listening ear but a helping hand.

It is for this reason we have planned an away day for Tuesday 25th April 2023, 10:00am – 2:30pm at St Mary’s Conference Centre, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4QZ,

Ideally, we would like for you to attend the away day, however we understand this may not be possible for everyone and therefore a second session will be held the following day, via Teams on 26th April 2023. Please note this will be a condensed session.

This staff away day is an opportunity for you to input into the future of staff equality networks and wider staff engagement. This is an exciting time for us all to come together to share our ideas and experiences about what our staff engagement model could look like moving forward.
