Sexual Health Sheffield Service Review: Staff Survey
Sheffield City Council would like to consult and get the views of the people of Sheffield, both citizens and stakeholders, to make sure that our sexual health services are meeting people’s needs, and delivering quality services, that are relevant and easily accessible to people from across the city. The current service has been running for five years and has worked through the Covid 19 pandemic and the MPox outbreak.
We would like to encourage staff working for Sheffield Teaching Hospital and Primary Care Sheffield (staff in the hubs and networks) to complete this survey, and we are keen to listen to the views of all staff delivering the sexual and reproductive service. We ask that you share this survey with your colleagues as it is important that we can capture a range of voices. The survey is anonymous and will close on the 20th of October.
The current service provides:
Contraception services
STI screening and treatment
PrEP
Youth clinics
Emergency contraception
HIV testing
Outreach activities
Information and advice
Pregnancy choices
Psychological service
Clinical and health promotion training
Plus, the current service also provides
A routine sexual health screening service in the Moor Market for anyone aged 18 or over.
