About Us - The Sheffield Adult Safeguarding Partnership
The Sheffield Adult Safeguarding Partnership (SASP) brings together statutory and non statutory organisations to actively promote effective working relationships between different agencies and professionals to address the issue of abuse and harm.
Safeguarding prevents the physical, emotional, sexual, psychological, and financial abuse of adults who have care and support needs and acts quickly when abuse is suspected. It can also include neglect, self neglect, domestic violence, modern slavery, organisational or discriminatory abuse.
Website Review
The SASP website contains information and resources about safeguarding for professionals working with adults at risk of abuse or neglect as well as information for members of the general public. It also contains information about the latest work of the Safeguarding Board including our statutory duties such as our Annual Report and Safeguarding Adult Reviews.
We are looking to review and update our website and its content. Therefore we are asking for feedback on our current website along with idea's about what you'd like to see on an updated website.
