Description of Project	Recovery positive activities include but not limited to; Journaling, afrobeat dance, sewing, knitting and crocheting, music, singing and dancing, chair aerobics, online webinars talking on health and wellbeing focusing on selfcare on how to access resources, workshops etc. The aim of our project is to create a safe empowering environment where they can process their trauma, regain confidence, socialise with people of similar issues, develop skills possibly for employment and get further education if need be.
