Rent Arrears Policy Review - survey

Sheffield City Council aim to collect rent and other service charges due from tenants in order to help sustain tenancies and protect the income that provides key services.

We want to know if our policy makes it clear how the council manages this process and we would welcome your views to help us ensure we achieve our aims.

Before completing this survey please ensure that you have read our updated Rent Arrears Recovery  Policy.

You can find the updated Rent  Arrears Recovery Policy here (attach link) or you can find it in the documents section of the project page.

Please note that this survey is open to tenants and Stakeholders of Sheffield City Council.

Equality monitoring questions

We want to make sure that we're hearing from a variety of people who are representative of our communities, and that we're taking account of different views and personal experiences.  We ask equality monitoring questions to help with this. If you are able to complete them, it is very helpful and very much appreciated.

These questions are at the end of the survey, after the main questions, and are optional.  You don't need to answer them if you don't want to - just scroll down straight to the 'submit' button at the end of the survey if you don't wish to answer these.

Please note that your responses to these questions will not be linked to any information that may identify you.
