Neighbourhood Satisfaction Survey

This survey will help us to improve the services Sheffield Council Housing provides to you, by enabling us to understand the ways in which our services impact our tenants.

This survey will give you the opportunity to tell us what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better.

The results of this questionnaire will be used to calculate our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which we are required to publish by the Regulator of Social Housing.
