There is a sum of approximately £180k Section 106 funding available to support improvements relating to Heathlands Park. This funding will cover improvements to the park, although £180k is a large amount of money it will also need to cover design fees, design, surveys, procurement and project management related to the project as well as for new equipment. It may be that additional funding (and therefore fundraising) may be required.
We are starting with a public consultation to find out what the local residents and users of Heathlands Park would like to see change in the park.
