Sheffield City Council's Parks and Countryside Service are delivering an ongoing programme of improvements which are funded by Public Health money and are aimed at reducing health inequalities in the City.
The funding has supported a range of improvements all of which are designed to raise the overall quality of the our parks and green spaces to make them; more welcoming, accessible and safer, encourage increased use, provide more facilities for recreation, leisure and activity, create opportunities for enjoying nature and the outdoors, and enable more people to access the health and wellbeing benefits of using our parks and greenspaces.
As part of the evaluation of these improvements we want to hear the feedback from the communities which these spaces serve and from the people who use these sites (or don't) to better understand the impact the projects have had, and how we can continue to improve our parks and greens spaces in the future.
We've created a short survey for a number of these recent improvement projects and would welcome your views.
