October Highlights
Regeneration – October Highlights
Spotswood Greenspace – Work is due to start early next year on the first major capital project of the regeneration programme. Over the summer, artists Neck of the Wood held creative sessions with residents, and local young people will soon help choose a name for the new space.
John O’Gaunt Site – Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent survey. Over 100 residents shared ideas, with most supporting a supervised youth space as the preferred temporary use for the site.
John O'Gaunt Pub
Mental Health Hub – Construction is underway on the new Neighbourhood Mental Health Hub at the Terry Wright, which will offer 24/7 drop-in support when it opens early next year.
Meet the Team – Meet May Connolly, leading on Employment, Enterprise, Skills and Wellbeing, and Kyle Boswell, focusing on Refurbishment and Sustainability.
