Here in Sheffield we have 7 Family Hubs across the city. We wanted to know if families have heard of Family Hubs.
What you said:
We are using your feedback to help shape our future communications and service development. The results showed that while many people have heard of Family Hubs, understanding what they offer is still limited, and awareness of the branding remains low. You told us that:
clearer messaging,
better promotion from professionals
improved visibility in communities, and
a more user‑friendly online directory would make a real difference
We also heard a strong call for
more inclusive information,
clearer signage, and
support for a wider age range, including older children and families with additional needs.
