Become a judge for our annual Dignity Awards for adult social care workers in Sheffield. The awards celebrate staff who work for the Council or a provider organisation, who put dignity and respect at the heart of their work to deliver outstanding care. Read about last year's winners.
What's involved
As a judge, you'll:
assess the nominations, select the short-listed candidates and choose the year’s winners in June
come along to the awards ceremony at the Town Hall in early July.
This opportunity is open to anyone who uses social care support that is provided or paid for by the Council, as well as unpaid carers. We will pay £10 an hour for your time, plus expenses (including any support costs to help you take part).
The project will involve two or three meetings plus time to read through nomination forms and fill out score sheets.
