Please note that this survey is open to tenants and leaseholders of Sheffield City Council.

We have a new Equipment and Adaptations Policy.

We want to know if our policy makes it clear how the council makes decisions on the provision of adaptations to council-owned properties, ensuring that residents with disabilities can live safely and independently in their homes as long as is reasonably practicable.
