2025 review of public questions scheme

A year ago, we changed how people can get involved in Council or Committee meetings, and now we're checking if those changes made a difference.

The changes we made mean that you can participate by asking questions or making statements. You can ask written questions relating to Sheffield or the services provided by the Council which are responsibility of Council or the committee, follow up with supplementary questions, ask about agenda items or unexpected topics, and make statements on any relevant issues or specific agenda items.
