Separate surveys are provided for your black bin and recycling collection services, and Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). We are keen to receive your thoughts, comments and ideas on these services.
It's important to note that these surveys are not channels for lodging complaints. Instead, they serve as a platform for residents to contribute constructive feedback and ideas to further improve our services. Please be aware that individual responses will not be provided.
