We currently have 210 computers in our Libraries, all part of the People's Network. These computers provide free internet access and a range of Microsoft Office applications. This survey is to determine the demand for this service and what your computing and I.T. needs are from your library. This survey asks about what you use the computers for, your experience of using the computers and your view on some future options. The final section asks equality related questions to determine the reach of this survey to all communities. You do not have to complete this section if you do not want to.
Note all of the computers in Sheffield Libraries, and some of the volunteer run libraries are on the People's Network. This is a digital platform used by libraries throughout the UK with over 40,000 computers linked to this network.
