  • SEND Home to School Transport Survey 2024

    How we use the information 

    The information that you provide on this survey will only be used to monitor, report and improve the quality of the SEND Home to School transport service.

    We will only extract anonymised data and store it electronically on the secure Council network. If in the event you supply information that can be used to identify you, this will not be used . 

    We will then process the data to show the collective results in a report.

    This report will be shared with appropriate Council staff, other Council services and stakeholders (schools, parent / carers, and support agencies).
