The Vision
South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership (SYSRP) believes in working to a Safe System approach, accepting that:
This new Strategysets out how SYSRP partners will work together, through its planned activities, to build a safe road network in the region, using targets and safety performance indicators to measure and report progress.
The attached Executive Summary of the Strategy explains how this vision will be achieved, explaining how the Safe System sits at the heart of the Partnership’s approach.
From this strategy, we will be presenting an action plan to fit with the aims and objectives of this strategy.
We would love to hear your views on the following. This will help inform how we draft up the plan for councilor approval.
