Sharrow School kids excited for improvements

On the warmest day of the year so far Parks had the pleasure of updating Year 6 children at Sharrow School about the park improvements. As part of the session the children were shown a presentation and completed a short survey about how they currently use the park, what they enjoy most and what they are looking forward to with the new improvements. The survey results showed that 56% of the children rated the current park 'A bit fun' so we hope that when we go into school next year, and ask them again, 100% say the park is 'Very fun'!. It was also very clear from the responses that swings are very popular- so we look forward to asking the children about their new Viper Swing next year. Thanks to all the children and teachers at the school for making it a fun session.
