Sheffield City Council's Leasehold Team manages housing-related services to over 3000 leasehold customers across Sheffield.
We are a team of 11 that carry out a range of duties including responding to leaseholder enquiries, calculating and sending annual and ad-hoc service charges, act as a liaison between our teams who undertake repairs and large-scale works, as well as being out in the communities we serve, attending organised drop in sessions. We also manage open-market and new sales of our leasehold properties.
A number of useful documents are already available (to the right), and more will be added to over the coming weeks and months, so check back regularly for updates.
We take part in estate walkabouts alongside our colleagues from local neighbourhood teams. This is a perfect opportunity to meet members of the Leasehold team and ask any questions or raise concerns relating to the area. New dates are added regularly, so do check back if you are interested in one near you.
This is a new page and under development, so if you have any suggestions or ideas on how this can be improved, please do contact us.
