Can you tell us about a positive experience you’ve had organising a service online?

This could be for any service you have organised. Such as: sorting out your gas bill, paying council tax, paying for a holiday, renewing a mobile phone contract. What made it a positive experience? Did you have to ask anyone to help you, or were you able to do it yourself? What made that experience different to other times you’ve done this?
