Welcome to the home of the Homes Panel, our repairs, quality and improvement Tenant Forum.
This is the best place to stay up to date with what we are working on, the times and locations of upcoming meetings, minutes of previous meetings and more.
This site also gives you the chance to put forward your ideas and have discussions with other members of the panel.
This group will play an important role in our decision making going forward in regards to the reshaping of our Repairs and Maintenance service, as well as making improvements to the health and safety and the quality standards of our housing service.
The 'Terms of Reference' for the group, which explain more about its role, are attached under the 'Documents' section below / to the right (depending on what device you are using to view this page).
We are still looking for more tenants to join this panel as we ideally want as much input and as many opinions as possible, so that we can strive to deliver the best possible service.
Using the tabs below, feel free to submit your ideas to us or get involved with ongoing discussions in our Forums.
