Looking after grass, trees and shrubs
Picking up litter
Removing fly-tipping and graffiti
Cleaning shared areas in blocks of flats
Maintaining shared spaces on our estates
How we will use your feedback
We will look at all the feedback we receive to understand how well our services are meeting residents' needs and where improvements can be made.
Improving customer satisfaction is important to us. Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, what could be improved, and what matters most to residents.
We will share the results of this consultation in a bulletin. The bulletin will explain what we found and what we will do next.
