Welcome to the Communication and Tenant Satisfaction Panel (CATS)
We want our CATS Group to be a place for members to:
Provide feedback on how we communicate and share information with you.
Provide feedback on how tenant satisfaction could be improved.
Monitor our complaints performance and ensure we follow the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code.
Help us improve our tenant engagement work so that you have more influence in how we deliver our services.
This site is also a place to share your thoughts and opinions within our tenant and leaseholder community.
We encourage you to:
Share your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions through our feedback channels.
Take part in online discussions and forums.
Attend our events and workshops wherever possible - dates are now available under the 'Key Dates' Section to the right.
Please email us at getinvolved@sheffield.gov.uk and we will be more than happy to add you to our distribution list and meeting invites. You can also submit queries to this email address, or post on our forums below, where we will be happy to reply and fellow tenants are able to reply and contribute too.
Remember, that you do not need to attend every meeting in order to make a difference, so please do not worry if some of the dates don't quite work for you. You can still be part of the Panel.
Thank you for reading, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
