This Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) establishes our vision for Attercliffe for the next 10-15 years and its delivery has already started. A number of schemes are already under development and the Council are working with partners including the Ministry for Hounsing, Communities and Local Government and Homes England to bring forward the next phase of development.
Attercliffe has the opportunity to become Sheffield’s newest, sustainable, lifelong neighbourhood. The area could accommodate up to 3,000 new homes and 1,500 new jobs with the ingredients to shape a residential offer that makes Attercliffe one of the most exciting places to live, work and play within Sheffield. The SRF document sets out a regeneration and development framework to achieve this in Attercliffe; you can view the draft document in the relevant section on the right hand side of this page.
You can share any comments regarding the proposals for the area using the Survey button below. You may share comments on the specific areas mentioned within the framework, and/or on Attercliffe's wider area. The online survey is open from Thursday 10 July 2025. Please submit any comments before the closing date of Monday 25 August 2025.
We are holding a public drop-in event on Tuesday 22 July, 4pm to 8pm, at The Steel City Stadium in Attercliffe. You can find further details under the Key dates section on the right hand side of this page.
