Moore Street works - February 2026

We’ve been working to improve bus priority at Moore Street roundabout to make bus journeys into the city centre more reliable. Part of our Connecting Sheffield: Abbeydale Road and Ecclesall Road project, we’ve now completed this phase of work.

From Friday 13 February, the new road layout will mean buses can get into the lane they need without obstruction from general traffic.

If you’re driving in the area, please look out for new signage and be aware of new traffic signal routines.
